The price and terms for borrowing premises are agreed upon between the borrower and the Booking Manager prior to the event, in accordance with the current price list. An invoice is issued immediately after the event and must be paid within 30 days.

External events will always incur a startup fee, a rental fee for the premises, and possibly a cancellation fee, in accordance with the current price list.
