Cleaning at AAU

Cleaning at Aalborg University is handled by SERWIZ A/S in Aalborg and Kongsvang Cleaning & Facility A/S in Copenhagen and Esbjerg.

AAU's Contract Manager is responsible for ongoing supervision and follow-up of contracts. If you have questions regarding the cleaning contract, please contact cleaning@adm.aau.dk.

Defects and deficiencies

Defects and deficiencies regarding the daily cleaning must be reported in Building Support. This ensures that the inquiry reaches the cleaning supplier.
