With AAU Building Support, both students and employees can easily and quickly report various errors and deficiencies at Aalborg University. The app sends your error messages directly to the right teams at AAU, who take care of remedying the problem. Thus you help AAU to help you.
How do I use AAU Building Support?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Enter your contact information and then use the categories provided to describe the error or deficiency. You can also use the free text field and upload a picture. Finally, click on "Send error report" - quick and simple.
