Together with AAU's political and administrative leadership, Campus Service ensures the optimal physical conditions for the execution of the university's teaching, research, and service activities within the given resources.

Campus Service

Campus Service is led by Campus Director Mogens Juul Møller and is organized into two departments:

- Administration & Service
- Buildings & Operations.

Administration & Service

Administration & Service plays a central role in both the daily operations and strategic planning of the campus. The department is organized into three main teams, each with its specific functions and responsibilities, collectively ensuring that the university's physical and operational needs are met efficiently and sustainably. The three teams work closely together to ensure smooth and effective operations on campus.

Buildings & Operations

The Department of Buildings & Operations is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of Aalborg University's building portfolio, which is rented from both the Danish Building and Property Agency and private landlords. The department ensures functional and safe environments for students and staff while also working to optimize indoor climate, energy consumption, and study environment at the campuses in Aalborg, Esbjerg, and Copenhagen.
