It is possible to use AAU's canteens and atriums for social, professional, or private events. These can be booked by filling out a booking form for Booking Support.

If food and drinks are served at the event, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning will always be charged (according to the current price list), regardless of whether it is an internal, external, or private event.

If you need assistance with a different setup of the canteen's layout, such requests must be made to Booking Support at least 4 weeks before the event starts. Please be aware of any potential charges according to the current price list.
