As a borrower, you must ensure that AAU is not held liable for any claims resulting from accidents, personal injuries, or similar incidents during the loan period. You are also responsible for covering any damages to buildings and equipment.

In case of vandalism to buildings or furniture, you will be required to pay the actual repair costs.

An invoice will be issued immediately after the event and must be settled within 30 days.
