It is permitted to hold political events at Aalborg University, provided they are always conducted impartially. This means that at least 3 parties must be represented at the event.

The use of university premises requires compliance with the rules for loaning rooms. This means that:

• The activity must always be compatible with Danish democratic values.
• The activity must always be compatible with the consideration of the university's reputation.
• The activity must always be able to be carried out safely.

When Aalborg University offers rooms and facilities, it is with the expectation that they will be used and managed responsibly, ethically, and in a lawful manner. Therefore, rooms may only be used for the specific purpose for which they have been made available

Booking Support reserves the right to reject an event at any time if we determine that the rules for loaning rooms are not being followed. In such cases, a written explanation will be provided. If the explanation is not satisfactory, you can appeal to the department head of Facility Service.
