Parking rules at AAU Copenhagen

Employees and students at AAU as well as guests with errands at the university can park 1 hour for free with a parking license.
Employees can pick up licences for parking at Facility Support Service.

P-licences

Day licences and period licences for parking (max. 3 months) are also available at Facility Support. Guests can have these handed out in the information.

Parking and charging electric cars

At AAU Copenhagen we have 10 parking spaces for employees and students at AAU as well as guests with errands at the university. Here you can charge your electric car with chargers from Clever.

On two of the parking spaces there is a time limit of 4 hours. On the other eight parking spaces you can park all day, provided that the car is charging while doing so.  

Please note that the parking spaces require a parking permit.

Facility Support can be found in the ground floor in building A. The opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.00 - 15.00 and Friday from 8.00 - 15.00.

For larger events and conferences, a number of day licences or period licences can be ordered in advance by sending an email to Conference and Information Desk: CID@cph.aau.dk

State which dates you want the parking permit to be valid, and then we will send a pre-filled guest parking permit by email - ready to send on to the guests.
