Cleaning and Tidying Up
If furniture is moved during an event, it must be returned to its original arrangement after use. Any electrical connections under the tables must also be reconnected. We recommend taking pictures of the original setup or the layout plan before moving the furniture.
If the furniture is not correctly put back in place after the event, a fee of 1,000 DKK will be charged.
In case of insufficient cleaning or tidying, actual cleaning costs will be charged, with a minimum of 3 hours. The approved booking form specifies where the cleaning cart can be collected.
For private events, a minimum cleaning fee of 3 hours will always be charged.
Waste sorting at AAU
It is always the tenant's responsibility to ensure that AAU’s waste sorting rules are followed.
For larger events, containers may/will be ordered for waste management. The price is determined based on volume.
Smoking Policy
The renter is always responsible for complying with AAU's smoking policy.
