Maintenance Team

The team's core task is to ensure the operation of the physical framework for the university's many students and employees, including ensuring an optimization of e.g. systematic maintenance, indoor climate and energy consumption, etc. as well as providing inviting and well-maintained outdoor areas all year round for a building stock that, in total, amounts to approx. 270,000 m2 in the campus cities of Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen.

The team primarily deals with the operation of the university's buildings and also helps to ensure that the university's building and construction projects for new construction, conversions and in connection with maintenance are well thought out and optimized.
