Who can borrow premises at Aalborg University?

You can borrow premises at AAU if you meet certain criteria.

Auditoriums and seminar rooms

Auditoriums and seminar rooms are booked via the Webbook booking system

All employees have access to the booking system with a guest login. The procedure is to send a request to a booking manager. When you receive a final confirmation, the booking is complete.

Canteen areas

The canteen areas on Campus Øst and Campus City in Aalborg can be booked via Webbook.

Note that it is important to remember to book the canteen area if you plan to organize larger events with dining.
