The Facility Service Department includes

  • Facility Support Teams
  • Cross-functional Service team
  • Contract Management - supervision of cleaning contracts

Facility Service has a lot of contact with the university's employees and students, and the department's employees are focused on providing a flexible and flexible service within the given framework

Facility Support

The Facility Supporters supervise the buildings, hand out keys and access cards, take care of forgotten items, handle rubbish and much more.

Cross-functional Service Team

The Transversal Service Team brings together different cross-cutting services, e.g. AAUcard, the central telephone switchboard, alarm and security system (ADK), parking and much more.
